Refund policy

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment or production.
If canceled successfully, you will receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Shipping cost:
Customers are charged at most one shipping fee (including return shipping).
No restocking fees will be applied.


Return Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened items (unless defective)

  • Used or altered products

  • Items without original packaging


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.


Address Changes

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will try to update it before shipment.
